2012 Rules
Pickplace
Challenge 2012 Rules
· From
Week 1-Week 11, pick four winning teams each week; two home teams and two away
teams.
· Starting
Week 12- Week 16 (after the bye weeks), pick six winning teams each week; three
home and three away.
· On
Week 17, “Equalizer Week”, you are challenged to pick the winners of all the 16
games on the schedule.
· You
may not pick the same winner and/or loser in consecutive weeks. Example: If
you picked San Francisco to lose during week 1, you may not pick them to lose
during week 2. If you picked New England to win during week 1, you may not pick
them to win during week 2. The only exception to this rule is Week 17 when you
can pick any team you think will post a win.
· Each
week I’ll keep track of everyone’s picks and post them online at pickplace.blogspot.com (check it out!)
· Weekly
results are posted Tuesday mornings.
· If
we can get 15+ teams together this season I will expand the prize pool to the
top 5 teams (so spread the word and let’s grow this league.)
· The
Challenge runs from Week 1 through Week 17….the final standings will be
announced after week 17 and winners will receive their payout promptly.
· We
don’t use the spread….a win is based upon an actual win.
· All
picks must be emailed each week to rmanningmullen@gmail.com, one hour
before kickoff of the first game of the week. If you don’t send your picks by
post time you go 0-4 for the week…if you mess up on your picks and double
pick teams you had the week before, the pick will be registered as an automatic
loss….so don’t forget and always double check your picks!
* Be Aware:
There will be absolutely no post-deadline entries accepted!!!
